Julie Ann brings over 30 years of experience in senior leadership roles across multiple HR functions, including 11 years at Banner Health. Her expertise includes organizational leadership and transformation, well-being strategies, and comprehensive total rewards initiatives to engage and retain employees. Julie Ann is an Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce board member, a proud executive sponsor of the Women @ Banner Employee Resource Group and successfully led the implementation of Workday HCM in 2020. Before working at Banner Health, Ms. Alvarado-Dubek served as an HR executive at Fender Musical Instruments, Freescale Semiconductor, and Motorola.
Julie Ann lives in Tempe, Arizona, with her husband and has two adult sons. She holds an M.S. in Organizational Leadership and a B.S. in Business Management from Arizona State University. She also holds a certificate of Global Leadership from Thunderbird School of Global Management. She is an active member of the Dean’s Advisory Board of the W.P. Carey School of Business and the Valley of the Sun 100+ Women Who Care organization.
