Andy Kramer,
President and Chief Executive Officer, Banner Health Foundation

Andy Kramer is president and CEO of the Banner Health Foundation of Arizona. She took the helm of the Foundation after serving four years as senior vice president, Major Gifts and Planned Giving, of Valley of the Sun United Way.

She is a seasoned professional and noted figure on the Phoenix area’s philanthropic scene. Kramer held a variety of fundraising positions with Valley of the Sun United Way from 1992 to 1999. She also served as development director for Major Gifts at the American Heart Association from 1999 to 2000 before returning to Valley of the Sun United Way.

Kramer is a graduate of Arizona State University with a bachelor’s degree in organizational communications.
