Dennis Dahlen has responsibility for all financial functions,managed care contracting, benefits administration and health plan management for Banner Health, which Banner generates $2.9 billion in revenue from health care operations in seven western states. 

Dahlen joined one of the organizations that now form Banner Health as an internal auditor in 1983.  He was named Vice President of Finance in 2000 and Senior Vice President in 2006.  Prior to joining the Banner organization, he was an auditor for the accounting firm of McGladrey Pullen.

He received his bachelor of science in accounting from the University of North Dakota in 1982 and his master's in business administration from Minnesota State University in 1986.  He received his CPA license in 1982.
