Elizabeth Woodyard, CEO, Banner Lassen Medical Center

Elizabeth (Liz) Woodyard was appointed CEO of Banner Lassen Medical Center in Susanville, Calif. in June 2008. 

Woodyard brings more than 20 years of progressive health care experience, working her way from psychiatric nurse supervisor to associate administrator.

She joins Banner Lassen from Fairbanks Memorial Hospital where she served as chief nursing officer for three years. As chief nursing officer, she was responsible for the overall administration of designated departments and for all nursing practice rendered at the hospital.

She holds a master of nursing from the University of Phoenix, a master of education from the William Woods University, Fulton, Mo. and a bachelor of science in health arts from the College of St. Francis, Jolliet, Ill.
