Marilyn Schock, Interim CEO, McKee Medical Center

Marilyn Schock has been with Banner Health since 1986.

She started her career as an occupational therapist and has been had more than 15 different since starting with Banner. Her most recent positions included associate administrator at McKee Medical Center and North Colorado Medical Center and interim CEO at Torrington Community Hospital.

Schock believes a hospital's reputation is determined by service and that work must be done with the intent of delighting customers by exceeding their expectations. To provide great service to patient/residents and physicians, we must first provide great service to our co-workers, she said. “That is why I went into health care in the first place and why we are all here to provide excellent services to patients and their families.”
