Frick chairs the audit committee and serves on the corporate strategy, executive, finance, and iInvestment  committees.

Frick, CPA, is a semi-retired partner with the public accounting firm of Kennedy and Coe, LLC. He earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from Loras College and a master's degree in business administration from Creighton University.

Frick currently serves as a member of the board of directors and is the secretary/treasurer of Denver, Colorado-based Pioneer General Insurance Co.  He recently joined the adjunct faculty of the  School of Business at the University of Northern Colorado.  He is a past member and chair of the board of directors of North Colorado Medical Center, Greeley, Colorado; past chair of the Greeley/Weld Chamber of Commerce; and past chair of the Greeley/Weld Economic Development Advisory Board. He resides in Greeley, Colo., with his wife, Patty Swanson.
