Todd S. Werner, CEO, Banner Desert Medical Center, Cardon Children's Medical Center

Todd S. Werner was named CEO of Banner Desert Medical Center and Cardon Children's Medical Center in 2008.

Werner joined Banner Health from the Adventist Health System where he served as CEO of Adventist Hinsdale Hospital in Hinsdale, Ill., since 2003. Prior to that post, he served as CEO of the Adventist La Grange Memorial Hospital in La Grange, Ill., from 1999 to 2003.

Since graduating with a Masters of Business Administration with a Health Services Management Concentration from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University in 1993, Werner has served in leadership positions either in health systems or in consulting firms working for health systems.
