Singer Awards

Banner Health employees are united by our nonprofit mission of making a difference in people’s lives through excellent patient care.
But for some, their commitment to making a difference extends far beyond our hospitals, clinics and care facilities.
Whether it be from their own personal tragedy or a deepfelt desire to help those in need around them, our employees are determined to make their community a better place.

Banner annually recognizes employees for their contributions to the community. Of these deserving individuals, five in 2012 were recognized with the distinguished Paul L. Singer Award. The winners of this award are: Rosinja de Gorostiza, Muriel Kremb, James Nimlos, Kimberly Reiners and Kenneth Wutoh.
Named in honor of the late Paul L. Singer, MD, a former chief of staff at Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center, the award pays tribute to a man who exemplified a commitment to community service and those who follow in his footsteps.
