If you're trying to lose weight, you might try keeping a diary of what you eat while you're dieting.
Nutritionist Nancee VanderPluym of Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center said it works for her patients.
"It makes them more accountable, and they seem to be more truly interested in having some weight loss," VanderPluym said. "The beauty of it is to be able to review it, assess it and to see how well you're doing, to track your progress."
