PHOENIX - Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center has a new program in which Phoenix firefighters and paramedics practice life-saving techniques.
The hospital has provided a computerized obstetrics mannequin at the hospital's Simulation Education and Training Center that firefighters and paramedics will use for practice.
The mannequin is programmed to deliver a child at different speeds and with various complications, such as breech or with the umbilical cord around the neck. advertisement
