SCOTTSDALE - Scottsdale triplets Sela, Ari and Alex Poulos, 8, were born for the spotlight.
They have been famous since birth in 1999, when Valley news cameras captured the newborns at Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center as the "Labor Day Triplets."
The children, who weighed between 2 1/2 and 4 pounds at birth, have grown up to be humanitarians, sports enthusiasts and, most recently, rockers.
The trio has started a band called Triple Fire, with hopes of reaching tween stardom one day.
The triplets also play side by side on basketball, baseball and football teams, and love to watch SportsCenter. ...
...The Pouloses, who turn 9 in September, can strum, tap and croon with the best of them, and their pumped rendition of "What I like About You "is a foot-tapper that could one day be worthy of the Disney Channel.
"We like to be together," said Sela, who plays the drums.
Brothers Ari and Alex play the guitar and keyboard, respectively.
