Cardon Children's hosts Twitter Chat

 

MESA, Ariz. (Oct. 20, 2009) – Cardon Children’s Medical Center will host a live Twitter discussion with Hunt Udall, MD, a pediatric orthopedist who specializes in sports medicine.

Cardon Children’s Medical Center is partnering with Raising Arizona Kids Magazine to sponsor several educational Twitter Chats. This month’s discussion will cover common sports injuries in children and how to prevent them. Next month’s discussion will cover Valley Fever.

Dr. Udall is a fellowship-trained pediatric and adult sports medicine-trained orthopedic surgeon. He is the director for pediatric sports medicine in the Banner Pediatric Subspecialty Group. His areas of expertise include arthroscopy and minimally invasive surgery for hip, shoulder, elbow, knee, and ankle injuries. His focus is caring for the pediatric and adolescent patient with sports injuries.
