Cardon Children's to host Twitter Tour

MESA, Ariz. (Sept. 21, 2009) – Cardon Children’s Medical Center will host a live walk-through of the brand new facility via Twitter on Friday, Sept. 25.

Those following the live messages will be able to get a sneak peek of the new home for Cardon Children’s Medical Center as we travel through step by step. Photos of each stop will be shared via Twitpic during the tour, and posted on the Cardon Children’s Facebook fan page at www.facebook.com/cardonchildrens.

We welcome the public’s questions and comments about what they are seeing along the tour. Child Life specialist Sue Eaton will be on hand to answer questions submitted via Twitter, in real time.

“This will be a wonderful opportunity for our fans and followers to learn more about this hospital, and how it was built ‘through the eyes of a child,’” Eaton said. “Twitter is a great way to take a tour of the new facility from the convenience of your computer.”
