Banner Health Alzheimer's Experts Featured in Film
PHOENIX (April 30, 2009) -- The community is invited to attend a free advance screening of "Momentum in Science,'' part of a four-part documentary film from HBO Documentary Films’ "The Alzheimer's Project'' on Thursday, May 7 at the Phoenix Convention Center.
A distinguished panel of local, internationally renowned Alzheimer’s experts from Banner's Sun Health Research Institute featured in the film will participate in a discussion and question-and-answer session immediately following the screening.
The panel includes:
- Joseph Rogers, PhD: Director, LI Roberts Alzheimer’s Lab, Sun Health Research Institute
- Tom Beach, MD, PhD: Director, Civin Neuropathology Lab, Sun Health Research Institute
