Heart expert shares keys to a healthy heart at free event in Sun City Jan. 13

SUN CITY, Ariz. (Dec. 28, 2009) – Learn the keys to maintaining a healthy heart at a free seminar from 1 to 2 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 13 in the Auditorium of the Sun Dial Recreation Center, 14801 N 103rd Ave. in Sun City.

“Diet and Exercise: Keys to a Healthy Heart” will be presented by cardiologist Gabor Jilly, MD. The seminar also will feature heart health information from the Heart Center at Banner Boswell Medical Center. Light refreshments will be served.
