NCMC plans additional community H1N1 vaccination clinics

 

GREELEY, Colo. (Dec. 3, 2009) — North Colorado Medical Center Community Wellness has expanded the number of H1N1 vaccination clinics for the public. Vaccinations are available for all Weld County residents age 4 and older.

The first 1,200 doses of the H1N1 vaccine will be offered at no charge. A $15 administrative fee will apply once the initial 1,200 doses are gone. All vaccines are the inactivated injectable doses. A limited supply of Flu Mist is available.

Other vaccines will be offered for a fee at these clinics: tetanus, $40, tdap, $65, and pneumonia, $50. Cash, credit card and checks are accepted for these vaccines. Medicare Part B is accepted for pneumonia only.

The clinics schedule is:

  • Summit View Medical Commons, 2001 70th Ave., Greeley from 4 to 6 p.m. Dec. 8-11 and Dec. 15-18.
  • NCMC East Entrance, Auditorium A and B, 1801 16th St., Greeley from 2 to 5 p.m. Dec. 22 and Dec. 29.
