Banner Churchill Community Hospital's CEO Resigns; Will Remain with Banner Health as Health care Consultant

FALLON, Nev. (Feb. 6, 2009)  -- Jim Ferrando, Banner Health Western Region president, announced that Rex Walk, FACHE, has resigned as chief executive officer of Banner Churchill Community Hospital in Fallon, Nev., effective Friday, Feb. 13, 2009, to be closer to his family.  He will remain with Banner Health as a rural health care consultant based out of Kansas.
