Banner allergy clinic in Fort Collins moves to new address

FORT COLLINS, Colo. (Oct. 6, 2010) – Aspen Medical Center – Allergy will open at a new location at 608 E. Harmony Road, Suite 101 in Fort Collins on Oct. 18.

The office, formerly located on Shields Street in Fort Collins, will close Oct. 14-15 to prepare for the move. The phone number, 498-9226, remains the same.

Aspen’s physicians are William G. Culver, MD, Anna Kujawska, MD, and Daniel J. Laszlo, MD
