Banner Boswell hosts seminar on bone and joint health Sept. 21
SUN CITY, Ariz. (Aug. 27, 2010) – Banner Boswell presents Life is not a Spectator Sport. This free educational seminar will focus on identifying personal risk and learning how to prevent the deterioration of bones and joints. Reservations can be made by calling (602) 230-CARE (2273).
This seminar will help attendees understand that it is not normal to experience pain in their joints or wince as they move. With modern medicine’s knowledge and increasing options for bone and joint health, people never need to become a spectator in the game of active living.
“We all want to live a long and healthy life full of activity, good health and happiness. But many of us do not know how to protect that life,” said Lori Ramage, physical therapist and Joint Club Coordinator for Banner Boswell Medical Center. “This seminar will get people to think about their personal risk factors as well as things that they can do every day to protect their mobility and current active lifestyle.”
