Banner Health leases space in west Greeley for corporate center
GREELEY, Colo. (Nov. 2, 2010) – Banner Health has leased a 48,000 square-foot building at 7251 W. Fourth St. (Greeley) that will serve as Banner Corporate Center--Colorado. The building was previously occupied by Crop Production Services and is located in a business park near the Boomerang Golf Course.
Banner Health has also announced plans to relocate about 185 Greeley-based employees to this newly leased facility in west Greeley. The employees involved provide support services such as physician billing, patient financial services, billing program, information technology and managed care for four hospitals in northern Colorado and other Banner hospitals as well as for physicians who are part of the Banner Health physician group.
The employees currently work in the Chase building in downtown Greeley. The new location provides work space for up to an estimated 275 employees.
“The continued growth of our Banner Health physician group in northern Colorado, and the fact that these Greeley-based functions provide services throughout Banner Health, required that we find a space that would allow for the growth in the number of employees needed to support the financial services aspect of the organization,” said Gene Haffner, director of Public Relations at North Colorado Medical Center.
“We anticipate that this will meet our service needs for approximately three years and allow us to support additional jobs and employees in the community.”
Offices and employees are scheduled to move in mid-November.
“We are excited to have been able to make this arrangement and to keep our employees and offices in the Greeley community,” said Haffner.
