Orthopedic surgeon joins Banner Medical Group
GREELEY, Colo. (June 1, 2010) – Banner Mountain Vista Orthopaedic Medical Clinic welcomes a new orthopedic surgeon to the staff.
Thomas Pazik, MD, will begin seeing patients June 21 at the clinic, located at 5890 W. 13th St. Suite 101. He is relocating to Mountain Vista from another Greeley clinic.
Dr. Pazik completed medical school at University of Connecticut School of Medicine and an internship and residency at Albany Medical Center Hospital. He served on as a Lieutenant Commander in the U.S. Navy Medical Corps. Prior to settling in Greeley in 1995, he completed a fellowship in knee, arthroscopy and sports medicine at the Orthopaedic Speciality Hospital in Salt Lake City.
Dr. Pazik is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, and holds a Subspeciality Certificate in Orthopedic Sports Medicine. He is an assistant clinical professor at the University of Colorado School of Medicine.
He has been in practice since 1990 and has a special interest in orthopedic sports medicine, joint replacement, arthroscopic surgery, knee and shoulder surgery.
Dr. Pazik joins Randy Bussey, MD, Kelly Sanderford, MD, and Linda Young, MD, at Mountain Vista. The clinic has provided quality orthopedic care to area residents of all ages for more than 50 years.
