Two family physicians join Banner Medical Group in Loveland
LOVELAND, Colo. (June 7, 2010) – Banner Medical Group announces the addition of two family medical providers to two family practice clinics in Loveland.
Jennifer McCabe Lentz, MD, will join Family Practice Associates effective June 20.
Dr. Lentz is moving to Loveland from Goldendale, Wash., where she served as clinic director for the Family Practice Clinic at Klickitat Valley Health. Previously she worked in private practice at Rocky Mountain Family Physicians in Fort Collins and Plan de Salud in Frederick.
She received her medical degree from the University of Colorado School of Medicine in Denver and completed her residency with the Fort Collins Family Medicine Residency Program in Fort Collins. She is board certified by the National Board of Family Medicine.
Lentz joins Drs. Anthony Cabrera, Mark Hailey, Prema Jacob and Will Reents and nurse practitioner Patrice Johnell at FPA. The clinic is at 914 W. Sixth St., phone (970) 667-3976.
David Snodgrass, MD, will join Columbine Family Practice effective July 6. He comes to Columbine after serving as a medical provider for the Loveland Community Health Center for nine years.
Dr. Snodgrass received his medical degree from the University of Arizona College of Medicine in Tucson, Ariz. He was chief resident and completed a residency at St. Anthony’s Family Medicine Residency program in Denver.
Snodgrass joins Drs. Thomas Anderson, James Danforth, Zachary Flake and Lori Hollos and physician assistants Katie Olsen and Amy Patrick at Columbine. The clinic is at 2701 Madison Square Drive, phone (970) 663-0722.
