Community Hospital welcomes new CNO
TORRINGTON, Wyo. (July 5, 2011) - Community Hospital is pleased to introduce new Chief Nursing Officer Tadd Greenfield.
Tadd comes to Community Hospital from Washakie Medical Center in Worland, Wyoming where he was the director of patient care services. Tadd brings his strong leadership skills, passion for patient centered care and enthusiasm for healthcare to Torrington.
His experience includes working in Missouri as an ICU nurse for Independence Regional Hospital and as a charge nurse and clinical manager. From there, Tadd moved to the Veterans Administration and worked as the med/surg manager. He then joined Banner Health in Worland, Wyoming, and now continues his journey with Banner as a member of the team in Torrington.
"I am very excited to come to Torrington as the CNO," Greenfield said. "It is a wonderful opportunity and my goal will be to create an environment in which collaboration is valued and excellence in clinical care, patient outcomes, and staff development is promoted and achieved."
Greenfield fills the last executive level position open at Banner Health - Torrington, joining Vincent DiFranco, chief executive officer; Sandy Dugger, chief human resources officer; Natalie Korell, long-term care services director; Ralph Robinson, clinic administrator; and Dale Spencer, chief financial officer.
