Internal medicine specialist expands service to Eaton

EATON, Colo. (Aug. 2, 2011) — Eaton Family Medical Clinic is pleased to announce the addition of an internal medicine specialist to the clinic.

Lance Barker, D.O., will begin seeing patients on Fridays in Eaton on Aug. 12. He also has office hours at Medical Arts Centre of Windsor.

Dr. Barker is board certified in internal medicine. He received his doctorate in osteopathic medicine from the Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Iowa. From there, he went to Toledo, Ohio, to complete an internship at Saint Vincent – Mercy Medical Center and to Baltimore, Md., to complete an internal medicine residency at the Franklin Square Hospital Center.

The Eaton clinic offers general and acute care, well-woman exams, care for patients of all ages, school and sports physicals and wellness and prevention education.
