Lobby Lecture: Battle of the Bulge, Hernia
BRUSH, Colo. (March 28, 2011) – The East Morgan County Hospital surgeons, Thomas Bryant, MD and Lawrence Schoelkopf, MD, invite area residents to join them Apr. 12 for the next Lobby Lecture Series topic: Battle of the Bulge - Hernia.
Lobby Lectures will be held in the main lobby of the hospital beginning at 6 p.m. with a light meal. Please use the main entrance to the hospital.
Dr. Schoelkopf and Dr. Bryant will explain hernias, the different types, risk factors and available treatment options. The lecture is offered free of charge and will give participants the opportunity to ask questions and receive information.
Dr. Schoelkopf is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and has more than 17 years of experience. He specializes in general and laparoscopic surgery. Dr. Bryant is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and has more than 24 years of experience as a general and laparoscopic surgeon. Both are certified by the American Board of Surgery.
