New pulmonologist joins Banner Health’s team of specialty physicians in Greeley
GREELEY, Colo. (Aug. 30, 2011) – Banner Health announces the addition of a new pulmonologist to North Colorado Pulmonary and Critical Care Center at North Colorado Medical Center in Greeley.
Michael Shedd, MD, comes to NCMC from Scottsbluff, Neb., where he practiced with the Regional West Physicians Clinic. He served as chairman of the Department of Medicine for Regional West Medical Center in Scottsbluff and on the board of directors for Horizons West Medical Group and Physicians, Partnerships, Inc., a billing services company.
Dr. Shedd received his medical degree from the University of Rochester School of Medicine in Rochester, N.Y. He completed an internship in internal medicine at The Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia and a fellowship in respiratory and critical care medicine at Washington University in St. Louis.
Dr. Shedd joins pulmonologists Kelli Janata, D.O.; Rob Janata, D.O.; and David Fitzgerald, D.O.
