North Colorado Medical Center hires Medical Staff Services director
GREELEY, Colo. (June 7, 2011) – North Colorado Medical Center announced the addition of Lynn Longner to its leadership team. Longner started in May as the director of Medical Staff Services.
Prior to coming to NCMC, Longner served in a similar role with Genesis Health System that serves parts of Iowa and Illinois. There, she had responsibilities across several hospitals. She is a registered nurse by training and has worked in utilization/case management and quality management.
Longner has a master’s of science degree in health administration and is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality and a Certified Professional in Medical Services Management.
As medical staff services director, she will manage and support medical staff operations and provide oversight for credentialing, peer review and other medical staff functions.
