Banner Boswell welcomes new chief medical officer
SUN CITY, Ariz. (Sept. 26, 2012) – Jason Krupp, MD, has accepted the role of chief medical officer at Banner Boswell Medical Center in Sun City. Dr. Krupp will be replacing current Banner Boswell’s CMO Dr. Terry Loftus, who recently accepted the new role of medical director of Surgical Services and Clinical Resources for Banner Health.

Dr. Krupp brings a breadth of knowledge and senior level experience to his new opportunity at Banner Boswell. He came from Tucson Medical Center, a 623-bed facility where he has served in the capacity of chief medical officer and senior vice president for the past year.
Prior to that, he was the chief medical officer of Anna Jaques Hospital in Newburyport, Mass. In addition to these positions, he has served in teaching and hospitalist roles, as well as two years in private practice in New Mexico.
Dr. Krupp is a board-certified internal medicine physician and hypertension specialist.
