Banner Health Clinic Scheduled to Open at Page Hospital
PAGE, Ariz. (Aug. 15, 2012) – A new Banner Health Clinic is scheduled to open Monday, Sept.10 on the Page Hospital campus including the region’s only pediatric specialty care practice.
Joining this new clinic is Aaron Knudson, D.O., an osteopathic physician who specializes in internal medicine for adults and children. Knudson is the only physician in the region offering pediatric care and one of the few family practice physicians in the city of Page.

The Page Banner Health Clinic will specialize in internal medicine and pediatrics and provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages. Services include physicals, management of acute and chronic conditions, medication management, preventative and wellness visits for adults and children including screenings, immunizations and vaccinations.
“Our general internist and pediatrician will provide compassionate, family care,” said Sandy Haryasz, CEO of Page Hospital. “We are dedicated to listening to our patients and educating them on ways to promote a healthy lifestyle for the entire family.”
Located on the campus of Banner Page Hospital and near the beautiful shores of Lake Powell, the Banner Health Clinic will be open Monday through Friday. To make an appointment, reach the new clinic beginning in September at 928-645-0766.
