February cooking class at Banner Olive Branch Senior Center
SUN CITY, Ariz. (Feb. 14, 2012) – Banner Olive Branch Senior Center will host its monthly cooking class on Monday Feb. 27 at 1 p.m.
February’s menu will feature:
- Spicy Island Shrimp
- Creamy Banana Crepes
The class will be hosted by the center’s culinary supervisor, Chef Doru Sii, who oversees the preparation and cooking of more than 65,000 meals each year for seniors and disabled members of the community.
The cooking classes are held in Banner Olive Branch Senior Center, 11250 N. 107th Avenue, Sun City.
A $15.00 non-refundable fee for lunch is requested. For the demonstration only the requested fee is $5.00. Reservations are required as space is limited – please call the Center at (623) 974-6797.
