Banner Olive Branch Senior Center offers Medicare counseling Oct. 15 -Dec. 7
SUN CITY, Ariz. (Sept. 25, 2012) – Volunteers will be available at Banner Olive Branch Senior Center to answer questions regarding Medicare and other health insurance benefits.
The Area Agency on Aging has trained volunteers to assist Medicare recipients understand their health insurance. The volunteers can explain Medicare eligibility and what is covered. They can also assist with selecting drug and health plans during the Open Enrollment period which is Oct. 15 to Dec. 7.

Banner Olive Branch Senior Center has been serving the Sun Cities and surrounding communities for more than 20 years. The senior center offers 25 programs and support services, including a home-delivered meal program, daily congregate lunches, health and wellness classes, a Senior Employment Placement Program, and a pantry program supported by donations from the community. The senior center is a Medicare benefits check-up site and houses a satellite office for the Arizona Attorney General.
