Join us for the opening of Banner North Colorado Emergency Care
GREELEY, Colo. (July 12, 2012) – Banner North Colorado Emergency Care invites the community to celebrate the opening of the new facility in west Greeley.
The community open house is 10 a.m.-1 p.m. July 21 at the new emergency care center opening at 71st Avenue and 20th Street in Greeley. It is next to Banner Summit View Urgent Care. Banner North Colorado Emergency Care opens for patients Wednesday, Aug. 1 at 7 a.m.
The facility is a new freestanding emergency department for North Colorado Medical Center. It will include a patient triage area, exam rooms, procedure rooms, continuing care bays, medical imaging including CT scan and X-ray equipment and laboratory testing services. The emergency department at NCMC’s main campus will remain in service. This addition will allow residents in west Greeley and surrounding areas more convenient access to emergency aid and technology and will reduce their wait time in the emergency department.
During the open house, guests can tour the center, meet the staff, look over educational exhibits and learn when to use the emergency care center vs. urgent care.
