March cooking class at Banner Olive Branch Senior Center


SUN CITY, Ariz. (March 12, 2012) – Banner Olive Branch Senior Center will host its monthly cooking class on Monday March 26 at 1 pm.

March’s menu will feature:

  • Fruit-Pecan Pork Roast
  • Cranberry-Walnut Sweet Potatoes
  • Cranberry Crumb Cake

The class will be hosted by the center’s culinary supervisor, Chef Doru Sii, who oversees the preparation and cooking of more than 65,000 meals each year for seniors and disabled members of the community.

The cooking classes are held in Banner Olive Branch Senior Center, 11250 N. 107th Ave., Sun City.

A $15.00 non-refundable fee for lunch is requested. For the demonstration only the requested fee is $5.00. Reservations are required as space is limited – please call the Center at 623-974-6797.
