Banner Boswell to host Bosom Buddies support group
SUN CITY, Ariz. (June 3, 2013) Banner Boswell Medical Center will now offer a support group for women of all ages and all stages of their personal journeys with breast cancer. Bosom Buddies members can grow stronger as they share knowledge, encouragement, friendship and common experiences.
Each woman will learn about valuable resources as she faces this disease with support from Banner Boswell and fellow group members. Bosom Buddies of Arizona is an organization with caring volunteers who have personal experience dealing with the challenges of breast cancer.
Some of the members are breast cancer survivors who still attend to help others know there is life after a diagnosis. The same facilitator leads the group each month providing continuity and help is available for group members at all hours of the day and night.
