Banner Health Walk-in Clinic changes location

Erin Burns, PA, will see both scheduled patients and pediatric walk-ins

FALLON, Nev. (March 28, 2013) – To meet the needs of a growing patient population and provide continuum of care, Banner Health Walk-in Clinic will merge with the Family Practice and Pediatric clinics effective April 1.

Physician assistant Erin Burns, PA-C, who has primarily seen walk-in patients, will see children up to age 18 in the Pediatric clinic located  on the second floor of the Physicians Center at Banner Churchill Community Hospital, 801 E. Williams Ave., in Fallon. Burns will continue to see pediatric walk-in patients as time allows and will share those responsibilities with family practice providers and pediatricians. (Adult walk-in clinic patients should check in to the family practice clinic.) In addition, patients now can schedule appointments with Burns.

Burns joined Banner Health in 2009 specializing in family medicine. She received her degree at Barry University in Miami Shores, Fla., and is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
