Join North Colorado Medical Center in family wellness day
GREELEY, Colo. (July 17, 2013) – North Colorado Medical Center Spirit of Women and NCMC Community Wellness partner for an exciting event for children ages 5 to 11 and their parents and/or grandparents.
Show us your Tots family fun day will be presented 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Aug. 3 at NCMC, 1801 16th St., in Greeley. The event features children’s yoga taught by certified yoga instructor Nicole Alessi, RYT, an interactive mini-cooking class with dietitian Stephanie Tarry Yoo, R.D., and bicycle safety education with the Greeley Police Bike Patrol.
Pediatrician Amanda Harding, MD, will answer questions from parents about children’s health. In addition, there will be educational exhibits and healthy snacks. Representatives from the Greeley Culture, Parks and Recreation Department will attend to share their array of classes and services available for families.
