New financial leader joins East Morgan County Hospital

 

BRUSH, CO (Oct. 17, 2013) – Banner Health welcomes Thomas Loff to East Morgan County Hospital as the chief financial officer for the facility.

Loff had been serving as the interim chief financial officer for another Banner Health facility, Page Hospital, in Page, AZ. He joined EMCH on Sept. 30.

Previously, Loff has served as CFO for Banner’s Sterling Regional MedCenter and the CFO for Banner’s Black Hills Network of facilities in South Dakota. He also worked with Sanford Health in Sioux Falls, SD, where he provided corporate financial leadership and support to the system’s rural facilities.

He is a native of Edmore, ND, and a graduate of Mayville State University. Loff has 33 years of experience in rural health care finance working with hospitals, clinics, nursing facilities and home-based and home medical equipment operations in 10 states.

As the chief financial officer at EMCH, Loff provides leadership in evaluating and assessing growth and operational initiatives. He said the enthusiasm, focus on service, and quality of the hospital staff were main reasons why he wanted to join the leadership team at EMCH.

Loff is married and has three grown daughters and three grandchildren. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking, biking, music and writing.
