Sterling Regional MedCenter employees begin food drive
STERLING, CO (Nov. 11, 2013) – Sterling Regional MedCenter invites the public to join hospital employees in its annual community food drive.
Beginning Nov. 14, the hospital staff will place food collection boxes at the north and south entrances of the hospital, 615 Fairhurst St. Employees and members of the public are welcome to place nonperishable food items in the boxes. Please do not donate items in glass containers. The drive runs through Dec. 5.
The food will be given to Cooperating Ministries on Dec. 6 for use in holiday food baskets for area families in need.
