Fairbanks Memorial Hospital/ Denali Center provides many of its community benefits through its foundation.

diabetes expoTackling an epidemic:
Diabetes is one of Alaska's greatest health concerns.  Every year, Fairbanks Memorial  Hospital invites the community to learn more about this life-threatening condition by holding a Diabetes Expo, a free physician-led seminar.

More than 200 people attended last year to get free testing, information and counseling sessions about how to prevent or control their diabetes.
