How to Apply

1. Review the Maricopa Community College District (MCCD) Admission Information
   The current Admission Information and Application Packet for all students is available from the the Maricopa Nursing website. Please read the packet before the advisement appointment.
   
   
2. Create an MCCD Student Account
   Go to the Maricopa Community College Student Information System at my.maricopa.edu.
   
   Your Maricopa student information system account must be created before Mesa CC can receive your transcrpt and process your application.
   
   All students must request official transcripts to be sent to Mesa CC Admissions & Records in order for your application to be processed.
   
   
3. Submit Application
   Upon completion of the prerequisites, submit completed application to:

   The Banner Boswell / Mesa Nursing Education Program,

   10484 W. Thunderbird Blvd.
   Sun City, AZ 85351

Because Maricopa Nursing Program - Banner Boswell/Mesa Community College is a partnership between Banner Health and Mesa Community College, a selected number of students who are Banner Health employees receive preferential placement at the Boswell location.
