Tuition Assistance

The Banner Health Journey is our organization’s philosophy about creating a great experience for employees: “We’ll help make a difference in your life and career, so that you can make a difference in the lives of others.”

Career development is an important component of the Journey. In addition to our Education Assistance programs, Banner offers a systemwide Tuition Assistance Program.

Tuition assistance is available to eligible employees after completion of six months of continuous employment. The level of funding is based on employment status (full- or part-time) and degree level (associate or bachelor and higher).
