Training & Development
Our commitment to learning transcends the classroom and is brought to employees' desktops through the Banner Learning Center, a common learning management system containing all Banner Health course offerings and learning history. Banner Health's learning management system currently contains 2,084 courses (50 percent classroom and 50 percent online). Subjects range from leadership development to medical courses.
Online Learning
Nearly 25,000 employees have taken on-line courses last year alone, progressing through the learning programs at their own pace in the areas of compliance, environmental health and safety, finance, leadership and Banner Health culture to name a few.
Classroom Learning
Last year thousands of employees participated in classroom learning, in-depth courses delivered at one of our learning facilities around the nation.

A colleague feedback program, in which your teammates and peers and feedback on aspects of your performance.
An annual organizational and developmental review, where your strengths and development needs are reviewed with your immediate manager, along with your individual career plan. This annual process also drives Banner Health's succession planning.
