Neonatal Nurse Practitioners for the future.

Banner Health is proud to provide the Banner Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Education Assistance Program - a program that gives advance practice students both immediate education assistance and a future at one of Banner Health’s Arizona facilities. The program is great for you because it can give you the education assistance you need to finish your advanced practice nursing program; it’s also great for Banner Health because it ensures that our facilities will have qualified Neonatal Nurse Practitioners for the future.

Eligibility
To apply for the program, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

  • You are currently enrolled in an accredited Neonatal Nurse Practitioner program.
  • You remain in good standing with the college or university you are attending and possess an active AZ RN license in good standing.
  • You are eligible to work in the U.S.

 

Program Details
The program provides a maximum award of $10,000 per recipient per year up to a maximum of $20,000 for 2 years.  Receipts may be submitted each semester for reimbursement.  The amount of the award is dependent on submitted receipts for tuition, books and fees. In exchange, you will sign an agreement promising to work for Banner Health full-time as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner following your graduation from the master’s level Neonatal Nurse Practitioner nursing program.  The period of time you will promise to work for Banner Health will correspond to the total award you receive.

Up to $10,000 total award
2 year full-time employment commitment after graduation from the master’s level Neonatal Nurse Practitioner program

$10,001 - $20,000 total award
3 year full-time employment commitment after graduation from the master’s level Neonatal Nurse Practitioner program
