That's why when you are referred by a Banner employee, you know that you are among the best individuals in the field.
As a health care professional, you know what it takes to succeed. And as a Banner Health employee, you also know the high standards we expect in terms of excellent patient care. No one knows better than you what it takes to succeed at our facilities.
That's why we want you to help us attract the best individuals in the field to Banner Health.
How it works:
- Employees can refer any individual who meets minimum qualifications.
- There is no limit to how many candidates an employee can refer.
- Candidates can be referred for full time and part time positions.
- New! Our program now includes rehires! If you refer someone who worked for Banner Health more than a year ago, you’ll now be eligible for the reward.
- The final decision maker is the hiring manager.
- Hard-to-fill positions will be designated as needed on an annual basis
Hard-to-fill positions include:
- Registered Nurses
- Pharmacists
- Medical Imaging Technologists

- Occupational/Physical/Speech Therapists
- Respiratory Therapists
- Medical Lab (Western Region only)

Step 1 - Employee Role:
Step 2 - Referred Candidate Role:
- Include the referring information on their online application or
- Provide the card to a Banner Health Human Resources representative.
Step 3 - How the Rewards Are Paid:
For each non-hard-to fill referred employee you should receive you $50 reward within three weeks from after the referred employee starts
For each hard-to-fill referred employee, you will receive:
- $1,000 for hard-to-fill full time positions
- $500 for hard-to-fill part time positions
You should receive half of your reward within three weeks after the referred employee starts and the second payment will occur after the referred employee completes six months of employment.
