Banner Baywood Medical Center serves the health care needs of the dynamic and growing East Valley of metropolitan Phoenix, Ariz. The 332-bed hospital provides complete acute care services including care for cancer, stroke, women’s health, orthopedics, rehabilitation and surgery. Banner Baywood's expansions, including a seven-story patient tower and the Rhodes Rehabilitation Institute, significantly increases capacity, enabling us to treat more patients with the care patients have come to know and trust from Banner Health. It's all part of our nonprofit mission to make a difference in people's lives through excellent patient care.
Banner Baywood's latest expansion is an investment built for employees. The medical center now features a 10,000 square-foot, on-site child care center. The nationally accredited center includes coverage for day shifts with long-term plans to offer 24-hour care.
