Our focus in the Banner Estrella Rehab Department is to bring a personal touch to each patient we encounter. We value colleagues who are engaged in their career and who are eager to grow as professionals. The team meets informally each morning to collaborate on patient-care issues and as a “check-in” to make sure everyone’s needs are addressed. Each team members’ input is highly valued and everyone is encouraged to bring their unique perspective to the team. The Rehab Department is dedicated to providing excellent clinical care for patients and a fun and supportive environment for our therapists.
