RNs Critical Care Course

  • Course will include didactic and clinical education required for safe and competent practice in the critical care service at Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center
  • Previous RN experience preferred
  • New graduates welcome to apply
  • Positions are available in Neuro ICU, Med/Surg ICU,  CCU, CVICU
  • Please designate area of interest on transfer request

RNs Perinatal Nursing Program (Labor & Delivery)

  • Course will include didactic and clinical education required for safe and competent practice in Labor & Delivery at Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center.
  • Requires a registered nurse with current Arizona or other compact state license
  • Previous registered nursing experience preferred
  • New grads will be considered on an individual basis

RNs Perinatal Nursing Program (Ante/Postpartum)

  • Course will include didactic and clinical education required for safe and competent practice in the ante/postpartum unit at Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center.
  • Requires an registered nurse with current Arizona or other compact state license
  • Previous registered nursing experience preferred
  • New grads will be considered on an individual basis

Registered Nurse Perioperative Training Course

  • For registered nurses interested in receiving the training necessary to work in a full-time position in a Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center operating Room.
  • Based on the AORN (American Operating Room Nursing) standards of perioperative nursing
  • Classes will be held Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., for five weeks and there will be one to two clinical days each week
  • Requirements include a current Arizona or other compact state registered nurse license with current clinical experience strongly preferred
  • New graduates will be considered on an individual basis
  • Must have highly developed interpersonal skills and demonstrate behaviors consistent with those identified as Banner Health service standards
