East Morgan County Hospital (EMCH) in Brush, Colorado is a critical-access facility providing a full array of health care services. The hospital features a Level IV Trauma Center; an attached physician’s clinic, Brush Family Medicine; a visiting specialists’ clinic; and the Alonzo Petteys Rehabilitation Center, which offers a complete range of rehab services including a warm water therapy pool. EMCH has completed three phases of a four-phase remodel project, with the last phase, the surgery suite, scheduled to begin in late 2007. We have just opened a new Emergency room, updated nurses station, expanded laboratory and medical imaging departments, expansion of the Sleep Lab, addition of a new Brush Family Medicine clinic, relocation of the Physician Specialty Clinic, and remodel of admissions area, hospital lobby, and gift shop.
