Ogallala Community Hospital in Ogallala, Neb., founded in 1952, combines tradition and technology in the charming small town of Ogallala, Neb. Our trusted community care and critical access services relocated to a new state-of-the-art facility in 2000. Ogallala Community Hospital continues to meet the needs of the community. In 2005, we exapanded and remodeled our facility and added new patient services. Our eighteen-bed facility is at the heart of a well-integrated local total-care system that spans the continuum from primary care to specialty care and services.

Ogallala (population 5,107) is located just six miles from the shore of beautiful Lake McConaughy, Nebraska’s largest body of water and top vacation destination, with more than 100 miles of shoreline, white sand beaches, and recreational opportunities for all seasons.
