Stars of the Season

Stars of the Season is a star-studded fundraising soirée supporting Cardon Children’s Medical Center.

The 4th annual Stars of the Season, led by the Advisory Council of Cardon Children’s Medical Center, will be held a 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 26th at the Montelucia Resort & Spa.

Proceeds from this year's event will benefit The Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Cardon Children’s Medical Center. The Level III NICU is one of the largest and most comprehensive in Arizona and is uniquely situated on the Banner Desert Medical Center campus, the East Valley’s leader in high-risk obstetrics.

Childbirth is nothing short of a miracle, but when a baby is born too soon, too small or with complications, specialized care is required to ensure the tiniest of patients are able to thrive.

Most babies admitted to the NICU are premature, have a low birth weight or a medical condition that requires specialized care. In the US, nearly 12 percent of babies are born preterm. Twins, triplets, and other multiples often are admitted to the NICU, as they tend to be born earlier and smaller than single birth babies. Babies with medical conditions such as heart problems, infections, or birth defects are also cared for in the NICU.

There are a variety of ways you can help - donate an auction item, purchase a table sponsorship or make a donation. There are a series of sponsorship opportunities available from $7,500 to $50,000.
